USING THE WEBSITE & BOOKING A TEST

Terms & Conditions

The information you need about booking requests, prices, preparation, service responsibilities and patient obligations.

Draft reviewed: 21 September 2026

01

Using the HEFCORP website

This website is operated under the HEFCORP name by HEFCORP Diagnostic Centre LLP. It provides information about diagnostic services and a way to request assistance. These terms cover website use and the process of arranging services; they do not replace clinical consent or any rights you have under applicable law.

Provide accurate contact details and use the service only for yourself or a person you are authorised to represent. A parent or lawful guardian should arrange services for a child. Do not impersonate another patient, interfere with the website, access another person’s records or submit unlawful material.

02

Requests and appointment confirmation

A callback form, selected test or prescription upload is a request, not an automatically confirmed appointment or medical order. The team must confirm the test, patient details, location, slot, preparation, price and any additional charge before the service proceeds.

Test and home-collection availability depend on the sample, location and capacity. If the requested service is unavailable, the team should explain alternatives. A different test or additional charge should not be substituted without your agreement.

03

Prices, packages and payments

Catalogue amounts are shown in Indian rupees. The package price applies to the tests specifically listed, not every possible test for a condition. A parameter count may include calculated values or several measurements within a panel; it is not necessarily the number of blood draws or separate tests.

Before payment, confirm the total payable, any home-collection charge and applicable taxes or other disclosed fees. Ask for a receipt. This website’s callback form does not process card payments and does not require bank credentials or an OTP.

If a displayed price or inclusion is incorrect, the team should notify you before proceeding and seek your agreement to a corrected booking or cancellation. Changes must not be applied silently to an already agreed booking. Refunds and service issues are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

05

Samples, testing and reports

HEFCORP is responsible for exercising reasonable care in the services it provides. Samples that are insufficient, incorrectly identified, unsuitable or compromised may need recollection. The reason, next steps and any change in timing should be explained to you.

Report turnaround times are estimates for the specific test. Transport, additional analysis, repeat checks and referral testing can affect timing. Contact the team if the confirmed expected time has passed.

Reports should be released to the patient or an authorised recipient after appropriate verification. Results must be interpreted by a qualified clinician. Neither screening nor a result in a reference range guarantees that a person is free of disease.

06

Responsibilities and limitations

Website content is general information, not a diagnosis, prescription or emergency consultation. HEFCORP does not guarantee a particular medical outcome. Differences in methods, samples and clinical circumstances can affect results and comparisons.

External websites are responsible for their own services. Any interruption outside HEFCORP’s control should be communicated and reasonable alternatives discussed. These terms do not exclude responsibility for negligence, deficient services, fraud, breach of confidentiality or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not remove your right to a remedy.

See the full Medical Disclaimer.

07

Content, changes and disputes

You may use website information for personal reference. Do not reproduce HEFCORP branding or content commercially without permission, or alter a report to misrepresent its findings.

Indian law applies where relevant to the service. Contact Grievance Redressal first if you would like HEFCORP to investigate a concern. You retain access to competent consumer commissions, courts and regulatory authorities; contacting HEFCORP first is not a condition that removes those rights.

Updated terms apply prospectively. Material changes to an agreed booking require notice and appropriate agreement. The Privacy Policy explains use of your information.
