Grievance Redressal

A clear route for concerns about collection, testing, reports, billing, privacy or your experience at HEFCORP.

Draft reviewed: 21 September 2026

01

Where to send your complaint

Use support@hefcorp.com or the enquiry form and choose “Complaint or escalation”. For help preparing a complaint, call the centre on +91 11 4567 4567.

For now, send complaints to support@hefcorp.com marked “Grievance — HEFCORP”. The designated officer’s name and direct contact must be confirmed for the final policy.

02

Information that helps us investigate

  • Your name and a way to contact you.
  • Your booking reference, centre and relevant date.
  • A factual description of what happened and any earlier request reference.
  • The outcome you are seeking, such as an explanation, correction, refund or follow-up.

Initially, send only the minimum information needed. Do not send entire reports, prescriptions or identity documents through a general enquiry unless the team asks for a suitable, verified channel. If you represent the patient, appropriate authority may be required.

03

Acknowledgement and review

These acknowledgement and response standards reflect the consumer-grievance framework and must be supported by HEFCORP’s assigned officer and operating process. The officer’s contact is pending confirmation in this review draft.

StageProposed service standard
AcknowledgeAcknowledge receipt within 48 hours, identify the concern and provide a reference or a copy of the recorded complaint.
InvestigateRefer the issue to the relevant centre, laboratory, billing or privacy owner. Request only necessary information and keep the complainant informed.
RespondProvide a reasoned response and remedy, where due, within one month of receipt. Any update about a complex investigation does not waive an applicable statutory deadline.
EscalateIf the response is unsatisfactory or the acknowledgement is overdue, reply marked “Escalation” and ask for review by the designated Grievance Officer or responsible management contact.
04

Privacy and report-disclosure concerns

For a privacy complaint, use the subject “Privacy grievance”. Describe the concern without forwarding sensitive records unnecessarily. Requests for access, correction, withdrawal or deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.

If a report was sent to the wrong recipient, tell the team promptly and avoid redistributing it. Ask for the incident to be escalated for privacy review.

05

Independent help and urgent concerns

You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline or an appropriate consumer commission or authority. This page does not suggest that HEFCORP is an NCH convergence partner or that a complaint guarantees a particular outcome.

A complaint channel is not emergency medical care. If you have urgent symptoms or feel unwell after collection, seek medical assistance immediately rather than waiting for the complaint process.
