Descriptions of tests, packages and preparation are provided to help you understand and arrange services. They are not a diagnosis, an individual treatment plan or a prescription. A booking request does not create a medical consultation.
Ask your treating clinician which tests are appropriate for your symptoms, history and circumstances. More tests or a larger parameter count do not necessarily mean a better choice for an individual patient.
How to use your report
Your clinician should interpret results together with your symptoms, examination, medicines and other investigations. A value outside a reference range does not by itself establish disease, and a value within a range does not rule out every condition.
Reference ranges and results can differ between laboratories because of methods, units and sample conditions. Biological variation, timing and preparation can affect measurements. Screening tests may need confirmation or follow-up.

Preparation and treatment decisions
Follow the instructions confirmed for your test. Do not begin fasting, stop prescribed medication or change treatment solely because of a website statement or a laboratory result.
If instructions conflict with your clinician’s advice, ask the clinician and laboratory to clarify before collection. Inform the team if preparation was not followed or you feel unwell.
Urgent symptoms and emergencies
The website, enquiry form and report-support channels are not emergency services. If you have urgent or severe symptoms, seek immediate care from an appropriate emergency service or nearby hospital. Do not wait for a callback or a pending report.

This disclaimer explains the limits of general information. It does not excuse negligent testing, deficient service, inappropriate disclosure or other responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
