PLAN YOUR COLLECTION
Home Sample Collection
Request a collection at home and confirm the location, preparation, slot and charges with the centre before your visit.

Coverage, timings and charges
HEFCORP’s website offers home-collection enquiries for Delhi NCR. Send your PIN code and the requested tests so the team can check whether collection is possible at your address.
Collection windows, same-day availability and any home-visit fee must be confirmed for your booking. Do not assume collection is available 24 hours a day, free of charge or suitable for every test. Ask for the full payable amount before agreeing to the visit.
How to book
- Choose the test or share the request. Browse the catalogue or ask the team to help read your prescription. Clinical selection of tests remains with your treating clinician.
- Check the arrangements. Confirm your address, test availability, patient details, visit slot, collection fee and expected reporting time.
- Prepare for collection. Follow the test-specific instructions and have your booking information ready.
- Confirm before collection. Check the collector’s identification and ask them to confirm patient and test details.
Before and during the visit
Choose a clean, well-lit place where you can sit safely. Tell the collector if you have previously fainted, have a collection-related concern or did not follow preparation instructions. You can ask what will happen before agreeing to the procedure.
Do not stop medicines or fast solely because a home visit has been booked. Follow your test’s instructions and ask your clinician about any medication changes. Read FAQs & Test Preparation.
Changes, delays and recollection
Contact the centre as early as possible if you need another slot. If the collector is delayed, ask for an updated arrival estimate. If a sample cannot be used, the team should explain why recollection is needed and discuss timing and any charges before another visit.
See Cancellation & Refund Policy for failed collection and service-related recollection. Contact Patient Support if an expected report has not arrived.
